Shipping Policy

General Terms
Free Shipping orders ship via UPS or USPS. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 4 to 10 days and packages are not insured. If shipping to a PO Box, please also provide a physical address for UPS deliveries. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages due to unsuccessful delivery will be subject to returned shipping fees. If you have submitted an order and believe the address you entered to be wrong, please email our support group at support.shopbay6@bay6clothing.com to make changes to your order prior to processing.
Please note that if you do not enter the correct billing address that is on file with your bank, we will not ship your order until further verification is obtained. This is to prevent credit card fraud and protect us and our customers.
We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location or upgrade to priority mail shipping.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
You may upgrade your shipping methods at any time prior to checkout. If you select an expedited shipping method, you are subject to shipping fees. Fees may vary and are subject to change at any time based on carrier rates. Shipping times are estimated and are not a guarantee. Please contact your shipping carrier for questions and problems, may such arise, after your package has left our facility.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed promptly, however, individual processing time may vary due to number of orders, holiday hours, and other special occurrences. If you need an order processed in a certain manner or expedited, please indicate such notes in the order notes section prior to checkout. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped.
